3 UH football players suspended for today’s game
LARAMIE, Wyo. >> University of Hawaii defensive linemen Viane Moala, Samiuela Akoteu and Tevarua Eldridge are suspended for tonight’s game against Wyoming, a UH spokesman confirmed.
The spokesman said they were suspended for violating team rules. The spokesman decline to specify the infractions.
GAME DAY: HAWAII VS. WYOMING
>> Kickoff: 4:15 p.m.
>> TV: ESPN2
>> Radio: KKEA, 1420-AM
>> Line: Cowboys by 6 1/2
UH had listed Moala and Akoteu as starters for tonight’s game in the weekly news release and in today’s lineup.
Zeno Choi is starting at defensive tackle in place of Moala, and Penitito Faalologo is playing in place of Akoteu at nose tackle.
