ChaneyBrooks, the Honolulu commercial real estate company, recently became an affiliate of Chicago-based Cushman & Wakefield. Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks has made three hires this month.

Andy Starn and Matt Schull previously worked for CBRE, a commercial real estate firm, and William Elliott came from NAI in Portland, Ore.

Starn and Schull worked as a retail team at CBRE, specializing in luxury retail in Waikiki and resort markets. Both were born in Hawaii.

Elliott spent 10 years as a commercial broker for NAI in Portland, where he focused on retail, industrial and multifamily transactions.

The company said it plans to hire at least a dozen more brokers on Oahu and the neighbor islands over the next several months.
