A 72-year-old man allegedly assaulted a male law enforcement officer in Kaneohe on Monday afternoon and was arrested for investigation of first-degree assault on a law enforcement officer and second-degree criminal trespass, police said.
The officer suffered pain and bodily injury during the alleged assault at 4:45 p.m., police said.
Man reports he was sexually assaulted
A 24-year-old man told police he was sexually assaulted by a 41-year-old man from Sunday night to Monday morning after going to the older man’s residence in Waikiki.
Police opened a first-degree sexual assault case but had yet to make an arrest.
The 24-year-old man said he met the 41-year-old man and went to his residence, where he was sexually assaulted between 10 p.m. Sunday and 10:46 a.m. Monday, police said.
