>> Bill 59 (2016), dealing with plastic bags, was approved by the Honolulu City Council in July. A Page B1 story Thursday said the bill had been deferred this year. Also Bill 73, dealing with anti-littering education, was deferred Wednesday. The story misidentified it as Bill 83.
