Jonathan Janssen added 18 points for the Sharks (4-3, 1-0 PacWest).
Levi Auble and Blake Shannon Jr. each scored 13 points for the Eagles (5-3, 0-1).

Jessi Reeves had 18 points and nine rebounds in 21 minutes as the Hawaii Pacific women’s basketball team defeated Biola 83-60 on Thursday at the Neal Blaisdell Arena.
Brittany Allen scored 15 points and Gabriella Fotu added 14 for the Sharks (3-1, 1-0 PacWest).
Jazz Benn and DeMoria White each scored 18 points for the Eagles (1-4, 0-1).

Hawaii Hilo basketball games postponed
The Hawaii Hilo women’s and men’s basketball games against Cal Baptist scheduled for Thursday were postponed due to unsafe floor conditions at UH Hilo Gym.
Heavy rainfall over the last 24 hours and 97 percent humidity rendered the playing surface unsafe, according to the Vulcans’ athletic website.
No make-up date has been determined.
Sakamoto tied for 28th at LPGA qualifying
Honolulu’s Nicole Sakamoto is tied for 28th at 1-over-par 145 after Thursday’s second round of the LPGA Qualifying Tournament in Daytona Beach, Fla.
Sakamoto shot a 3-under 69 on the LPGA International’s Hills Course on Thursday.
Hilo’s Britney Yada is tied for 57th at 3-over 147, Honolulu’s Stephanie Kono is tied for 70th at 148 and Kyung Kim, a former Maui resident, is 124th at 152.
The top 20 at the end of the five-day, 90-hole tournament will secure full LPGA status. Those finishing 21st to 45th earn conditional status.
