‘Hawai’i Okinawan Restaurants’ shares food, history at Honolulu Hale

Over time, 75 former Okinawa residents opened restaurants locally. An exhibit about these restaurants, as well as another 250 owned or run by Okinawan families, is on display at Hono­lulu Hale through Feb. 8. Read more
