Two men riding on a moped were arrested Saturday in Chinatown after police stopped them to issue a traffic citation, police said.
The men were stopped at about 10:45 p.m. in Chinatown, and police arrested the 18-year-old driver at Hotel and River streets for investigation of operating a stolen moped.
The second man, 27, was arrested for investigation of possessing confidential personal information belonging to a 63-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man.
