The city is once again holding an online auction to sell unclaimed and abandoned vehicles on Wednesday and Thursday morning, including Fords, Toyotas and a Jaguar.

Unclaimed vehicles will be auctioned at 8 a.m. Wednesday, and abandoned vehicles at 8 a.m. on Thursday.

The minimum bid for each vehicle is $50, with the winning bidder responsible for paying all towing and storage fees to the tow contractor.

The Honolulu Department of Customer Services administers the city’s vehicle towing contract and manages the abandoned vehicle program. The Honolulu Department of Budget and Fiscal Services manages the auction process, with proceeds benefiting the city’s general fund.

A list of vehicles up for auction, along with associated towing and storage fees, is available at this link. The public can view the list without registering for an account by clicking the “public access” tab on the lower left of the screen. For assistance with the website, call 768-3962.
