    Surveillance video captured a man who is wanted on suspicion of first-degree robbery.

Police are looking for a man in his 20s who robbed a Fort Street Mall convenience store early Friday, Feb. 23.

A man in his 20s approached an employee at about 2:59 a.m. at 7-Eleven at 900 Fort Street Mall, demanded she open the cash register or he would shoot, police said.

He reached over the counter and took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled in an unknown direction, police said.

No gun was seen.

He is wanted on suspicion of first-degree robbery.

The man is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, with a thin build, dark complexion, wearing a tan T-shirt, blue jeans, a dark baseball cap, and wore a gray sweater over his head and part of his face.

Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on a cell phone.
