    Topped, a Korean restaurant in Chinatown located at 66 N. Hotel St., has plenty of ambiance. The streamlined menu includes a jeon sampler, comprised of six different mini-sized pancakes (varieties include tofu, kimchi, zucchini, green onion with squid, shrimp with paprika, corn), $7.
