Man charged for allegedly videotaping woman inside Aiea restroom

Prosecutors charged today a 21-year-old man for allegedly videotaping a woman inside a restroom in Aiea on Sunday.
Kiakahi Bowens Domingo was charged with first-degree violation of privacy.
Police said the man videotaped the woman Sunday between 6 p.m. and 6:32 p.m. while using the bathroom.
Officers arrested Bowens Domingo on suspicion of first-degree violation of privacy.
He was charged and his bail was set at $75,000.
