The suspect was arrested on the 900 block of Maunakea Street around 7:20 p.m. Thursday.
Noland, who has held numerous positions in local television and radio dating back to the early 1980s, was found on the ground fronting 1161 Maunakea St. at about 1:40 a.m. Saturday.
