On Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m., vegetarian chef Rebecca Woodland will prepare a menu of international salads for sampling, including won bok Thai slaw, Insalada Perfetto, Israeli tabbouleh, Southwestern Confetti Salad, kale chard salad with fruit and nuts, and Summer Salad with raspberry vinaigrette. She will provide recipes as well.
Woodland focuses on nutritional healing and has taught vegan and raw cooking classes.
