The sixth annual Hawaii Homebuyers Fair, which will cover buying and selling real estate, building and remodeling, and financing, will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Hawai‘i Convention Center.
Admission is free, with the first 650 to pre-register at hawaiihomebuyersfair.com to receive free parking sponsored by the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
“For the last five years, we have focused our attention on buying and selling real estate at the Homebuyers Fair,” said Cyd Kamakea, advertising manager at the Honolulu Star-Advertiser. “This year we are excited to have Atlas Construction joining us to discuss homebuilding and renovation as an option to buying or selling.”
The Star-Advertiser, Atlas, Bank of Hawaii and Coldwell Banker Properties will be hosting free workshops at the event. Prospective homebuyers also will be able to get pre-approved for a mortgage at the fair.
“Many people who own property in Hawaii are looking for creative alternatives to selling,” Kamakea said. “Attending Atlas’ workshops are the best opportunity to get advice.”
