Man with aliases wanted by FBI for fraud

The FBI in Honolulu is searching for a man in Hawaii who is wanted for alleged fraud.

Jason Koutsiukos, 34, is wanted for conspiracy to commit identity document fraud and access device fraud, FBI officials said Friday. He is described as 6 feet and 220 pounds, with blond hair and green eyes. Originally from Arizona, Koutsiukos is known to have numerous fraudulent identities in his possession. He also has gone by the name of Jason Babb and other aliases. He has two previous felony convictions for theft and forgery of a credit card, the FBI said.
