2 stabbed in separate incidents

WEST HAWAII TODAY

Emergency Medical Services personnel responded to two separate stabbings on Oahu today.

At 2:45 a.m., EMS paramedics responded to Mokiawe Street in Nanakuli after receiving a report that a 31-year-old man was stabbed.

Paramedics administered life-saving treatment and transported the victim to a trauma hospital in critical condition.

The second stabbing occurred at about 9:30 a.m. in Salt Lake. EMS responded to an incident at 3161 Ala Ilima St. involving a woman with multiple stab wounds to her torso.

Paramedics administered life-saving treatment and took the woman, 26, to a trauma hospital in critical condition.

Correction: The victim in the Nanakuli stabbing is male. An earlier version of this story said the victim was a woman.
