These curious dogs peer out of the pews as they wait for the annual St. Andrew's Schools pet blessing that was held at the Cathedral of St. Andrew. The blessing celebrates the Feast of St. Francis who is the patron saint of "all creatures, great and small." The actual feast day is Oct. 4th. Participating in the blessing were two of the St. Andrew’s Schools: The Priory (girls) and The Prep (boys). Children and some parents brought live pets, stuffed pets and photos of pets to three Episcopal priests at the cathedral altar.
