Letter: New park in Kailua a welcome change

Lawmakers and community partners gathered Tuesday to announce the creation of Hawaii’s newest public park on Hamakua Drive in Kailua. Susan Cardenas and Bobo joined others at the site, which will include the first dog park in Windward Oahu.
