Why does the Star-Advertiser continue to glorify Louis and Katherine Kealoha with pictures of them holding hands, flashing the shaka sign and smiling (“Kealoha’s trial is pushed back,” Star-Advertiser, Oct. 24)? I understand the concept of “innocent until proven guilty,” but not “innocent at all costs and enjoying the show.”
Don’t the taxpayers, citizens of Honolulu and the potential victims of these people deserve the respect of this publication, too? The Kealohas have been charged with serious crimes. A picture is worth a thousand words. Are we the public not to take any of this seriously?
