Police arrest suspect in Kalihi in 22 restraining order violations
A 26-year-old man was arrested today in Kalihi for investigation of nearly two dozen violations of a protective order.
Police said the man threatened his former domestic partner, a 24-year-old woman, in violation of a restraining order. The alleged offenses occurred between 8:30 p.m. Saturday and 1:30 a.m. today.
Police located the man on Lawehana Street at 1:30 a.m. and arrested him on suspicion of terroristic threatening and 22 violations of a protective order.
Court records show a woman obtained a one-year protective order against the suspect that expires in March.
