Police seek witnesses to Moanalua Freeway crash

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s help in locating witnesses to a crash that occurred on the Moanalua Freeway earlier this month.

At about 10:48 a.m. Nov. 9, a gray Toyota 4Runner traveling westbound on Moanalua Freeway near the Kahuapaani Street overpass lost control and overturned. One of the vehicle’s passengers was ejected and taken to an area hospital in serious condition.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the Honolulu Police Department’s Traffic Division or CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or text *CRIME on a cellular phone. Free cellular calls are provided by AT&T, Nextel Hawaii, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless Hawaii, Mobi PCS, and Hawaiian Telcom.
