Lyft announced its most popular 2018 ride destinations today in the form of its “Lyftie Awards.”
The most visited bar was the Mai Tai Bar; The Republik represented the most popular concert venue; Scratch Kitchen (brunch) and Chingu (late-night) were the most visited restaurants; UFC GYM was the most popular fitness studio/gym; Chinatown was the most visited late-night neighborhood; and Diamond Head won for the category of “Only In Hawaii.”
In a statement, Rob Mora, Lyft Hawaii’s market manager, said: “The Lyfties are a way for us to recognize the places that truly make Hawaii unique, and to say thank you for sharing a ride with us to your favorite bars, restaurants, concerts, and even gyms. Lyft helps locals experience and connect with their community in new and interesting ways, and we’re proud to support our local communities in Hawaii through convenient, affordable rides and by providing flexible earning opportunities.”
Lyft has presented its annual top Hawaii drop-off sites since 2015.
