Facebook Live: The latest on the investigation of Randall Saito’s escape from Hawaii State Hospital
In May, an Oahu grand jury indicted Randall Saito on counts of escape and identity theft. Six months earlier, Saito walked out of the state’s psychiatric hospital in Kaneohe, flew to Maui and then to California. He was captured three days after the escape. He was committed after being found not guilty by reason of insanity of killing a woman in 1979.
Here’s the latest in the administrative investigation conducted by the Department of the Attorney General.
