Community liaison available to help Kauai flood victims on Fridays

A community liaison will be at the Hanalei Neighborhood Center starting Friday, and will be available every Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. until further notice, according to the County of Kauai.

Polly Phillips, a policy analyst for Kauai Mayor Derek Kawakami, will be available to answer questions and address concerns from those on the island’s north shore who are still recovering from April’s devastating flooding.

She can be reached at 808-241-4900 or pphillips@kauai.gov.
