Woman and girl, 5, hit by vehicle in Pearl City
A 42-year-old woman and 5-year-old girl were struck by a vehicle today as they attempted to cross a street in Pearl City.
The incident occurred around 5:16 p.m. at the intersection of Hoomoana Street and Komo Mai Drive.
The woman and girl were in a marked crosswalk when they were struck, according to an Emergency Medical Services report.
Both were transported to an area hospital in serious condition.
