Letter: Dogs don’t belong in restaurants

    The Hawaiian Humane Society is pushing forward a bill this legislative session that would give restaurant owners the discretion to adopt dog-friendly policies. SALT at Kakaako, where the bistro is located, allows dogs in the outdoor areas.
