Police arrest woman, 28, after she allegedly stabs girlfriend in Chinatown

Police arrested a 26-year-old woman after she allegedly stabbed her girlfriend in Chinatown.

The assaulted occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m. Sunday. Police said the victim, 32, sustained a stab wound to her left leg and cut to her right arm.

She was taken in a private vehicle to a trauma center where she was treated for her injuries.

Police arrested the suspect in Ahuimanu Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of two counts of second-degree assault and three counts of abuse of a family or household member.
