Honolulu police investigate death following family fight
Police are investigating a potential case of abuse of a family member after a man, 60, died following an altercation in Ewa Beach on Thursday.
According to HPD, the man was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with a relative around 7:20 p.m. Thursday. It appears the victim may have suffered from a medical condition and “went unresponsive,” according to police.
The man died several hours later after being transported to a nearby hospital.
Police declined to identify the victim or provide additional details about the case.
