10 people hospitalized after city bus and water tanker crash in Kalihi-Palama

Ten people were taken to the hospital after a city bus crashed into a water tanker in the Kalihi-Palama area early today.

The crash occurred shortly after 12:10 a.m. on North Vineyard Boulevard near the intersection with Palama Street.

Emergency Medical Service responded and treated 10 people at the scene. Five people were taken to a hospital in serious condition and five others were taken in stable condition.

One person refused treatment.
