South Korean female idol group BlackPink is well into an Asia tour, which kicked off in Seoul in November. The band went on to Bangkok and Jakarta, then performed in Hong Kong Saturday. In February, they head to Manila, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; in March to Taipei. The tour could expand to North America and other countries later this year. BlackPink’s “2019 World Tour in Your Area” is sponsored by KIA.

The band’s music videos have garnered millions of views: “Ddu-du Ddu-du” has more than 620 million views on YouTube; “Boombayah,” over 475 million; “Whistle,” over 310 million; “Playing With Fire,” over 328 million, and “As If It’s Your Last,” over 497 million.
