Mauna Kea draft rules don’t limit Hawaiian culture, university says

    University of Hawaii officials are proposing changes to rules for public and commercial activities on Mauna Kea. Just before the start of the gravel road to Mauna Kea’s summit, rangers tell visitors they must turn around due to a road closure.
