Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation was served with a sweeping federal subpoena this week. HART officials said Friday they will provide construction documents for the now estimated $9.2 billion project.

Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit CEO Andrew Robbins spoke to the media Friday about receiving a subpoena for documents tied to the rail project. He said he informed Federal Transit Administration officials about the subpoena and received no indication that the project’s federal funding was in jeopardy.
