Deputy shot man at state Capitol during struggle, official says

    A state deputy sheriff fatally shot a man in his 20s at the state Capitol Monday night. Hawaii Department of Public Safety Director Nolan Espinda said Tuesday the deputy sheriff has been placed on restricted duty.
