Workers’ commute is worst blow of Pali shutdown, Kailua merchants say

    Visitors crossed Hekili and Hahani streets near the popular restaurant Boots & Kimo’s in Kailua on Thursday. The restaurant’s manager, Crystal Kanahele, said business was brisk, as usual.
