How to pay for roads and infrastructure since revenue from the fuel tax is declining because of more non-gasoline cars? Just make non-gas cars pay by the mile.

If my gas guzzler didn’t use gasoline, you can bet I’d be driving all over the place, not having to worry about finding the cheapest gas station to fill up.

Electric cars can charge at home or for free at shopping centers, use the carpool lane, park for free at metered parking and get a tax break.

Give me a break!
