Prosecutors charged today a 20-year-old man with four counts of assault for assaulting two women and two men on Sunday in the Honolulu area.
Police arrested Ernest Abisia on three counts of second-degree assault and one count of third-degree assault at 12:33 p.m. Sunday at Makiki District Park on Keeaumoku Street.
Police said he had gotten into a physical fight with a 39-year-old woman and a 64-year-old woman, causing pain.
He then allegedly used an unspecified “dangerous instrument” to assault two men, both 32.
Prosecutors charged him on the above offenses. His bail was set at $15,000.
