An article in the Star-Advertiser reported that an ex-counsel of the Obama White House was indicted on charges of concealing information in a federal foreign lobbying investigation that intersected with the Russian probe (“Ex-counsel indicted in lobbying inquiry,” Star-Advertiser, April 12).
Had this been a Republican, it would have been front-page news, his office would have been raided and he would have been dragged before the public media.
The press loses its credibility when it doesn’t treat news deservedly no matter the party or the circumstances.
Fair is fair — and decent.
