Letter: Dogs’ attack puts focus on owners, politicians

A young mother and daughter recently were attacked by dogs at the Hawaii Children’s Discovery Center.

This is a horrible thing to happen to anyone, for sure. But instead of blaming the dogs, why not the owners?

Or, better yet, why not blame our politicians for allowing these illegal campers to break any law they want and take over our parks? Any bets on how long these people would be allowed to stay if they camped out in front of our politicians’ homes?
