Honolulu mayor signs fire safety measure into law, giving high-rise condo owners more options

Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell signed Bill 96, a fire safety bill, into law at Rainbow Place Condominiums in Moiliili, on Thursday, May 2, 2019. The signed bill updates a city ordinance pertaining to sprinklers systems in existing high-rise residential buildings.
