I personally do not like the idea of aborting a human fetus.
However, I believe a woman has the right to choose whether she wants to have an abortion, without it being made illegal for her to do so.
I also believe that anti-abortion advocates are ridiculing and demeaning the women who decide to have an abortion. They make it appear as if it’s an easy and cavalier decision a woman makes to abort her child.
No. It is a difficult decision that comes with guilt, anxiety, depression, shame and living the rest of her life with her conscience as to whether she made the right decision or not.
Please do not make this a legal (and ethical) battle in which there are no winners.
