Most patient services restored at Tripler
Water pressure has been restored to Tripler Army Medical Center following a water main break Thursday, but hemodialysis services remain on hold until water testing is completed, according to a news release.
The hospital’s preventive medicine department conducted water sample testing of the drinking water, with results expected late Friday night. In the meantime Tripler is utilizing potable water for patients and staff at various points throughout the facility. All comfort facilities are restored for normal use, and all other patient services have resumed.
To reschedule appointments due to the water main break, patients should call the TRICARE Central Appointment line at 888-683-2778. Check for updates on Tripler’s Facebook page.
