Christenson was named the Best Setter and Shoji the Best Libero on the FIVB Dream Team.
Reserve hitter-setter Micah Ma’a (Punahou) was a serving substitute in Sets 1 and 4; reserve setter Kawika Shoji (‘Iolani) did not play.
The U.S. finished third in this event last year when defeating Brazil. Poland defeated Brazil 3-1 for bronze earlier Sunday.
