    No arrests were made Tuesday on the second day of Thirty Meter Telescope protests atop Mauna Kea.

    Kupuna (elders) who formed a human barricade on Mauna Kea Access Road on Tuesday celebrated after a deal was reached with law enforcement to allow telescope workers to exit off the road in exchange for no arrests of group members for the day.
