Hawaii’s oldest living World War II nisei veteran honored along with 21 veterans at nursing home

World War II veteran Edward Ikuma, 100, was presented a special proclamation by Gov. David Ige Friday. Ikuma, an original member of the 100th Infantry Battalion, recalled memories of fighting the Japanese at Pearl Harbor.
