Spill snarls traffic on H-1 west near Campbell Industrial Park
Honolulu police responded at 4:15 p.m. to a spill that included needles on the H-1 freeway near the Campbell Industrial Park.
Police were continuing to clean up the mess at 5:25 pm.
Police dispatch was unable to confirm what other items were included in the spill.
