CBD products are trendy, but health benefits (and risks) are vague

A component of medical marijuana, the non-intoxicating drug is derived from the hemp plant. The trouble is that much of the marketing touting the health benefits of cannabidiol, or CBD, is absent of convincing evidence. Read more
