City Corporation Counsel Donna Leong’s job remains in limbo

                                City Corporation Counsel Donna Leong has been on paid adminstrative leave for a year. Leong received a target letter from the U.S. Department of Justice tied to the federal investigation of former Honolulu Police Chief Louis Kealoha and his wife, former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Katherine Kealoha.
