The king asks Seonho if he knows of Oknyo. The prison’s secret ledger is turned over to the constable’s office, putting Daesik in a precarious position. Makgae gives Daesik ideas to worm his way out of his predicament. Oknyo is left holding the bag over the ledger.

Master Kim resorts to an unorthodox method when Minister Ryu is thrown into a critical state. Dr. Park reviews the reports from the initial surgery to prepare for the second surgery. Dr. Seo joins the second operation, much to Dr. Cha’s dismay.

Unexpected happenings occur during Minister Ryu’s second surgery led by Dr. Park’s team. Minister Ryu’s son threatens sue Master Kim and the entire Doldam Hospital on behalf of his father.

Na-mi tells Min-ji that she will disregard the resume incident and not to irritate Il-nam. Yoon-hee comes home from hospital at the doctor’s approval, but collapses again once at home.
