Quarantined isle couples say workers are ‘over-protected’

                                Debbie and Eric Pagan of Ewa Beach have been quarantined at Travis Air Force Base since Feb. 16. A chain link fence was put up around the building they are being housed in, providing a communal yard for everyone quarantined.                                 Irene Tokuda, 68, from Kaneohe, and her husband, Eugene, 73, have tested negative for the novel coronavirus so far. Irene Tokuda said she is required to have a mask on when she answers the door of their unit at Travis Air Force Base, where they have been quarantined since Americans aboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship were flown back to the U.S. from Japan.
