City cancels flash flood warning for Oahu
The National Weather Service in Honolulu has canceled a flash flood warning for the island of Oahu.
According to forecasters, heavy rain has subsided in the area, and police report that Kamehameha Highway near Waikane is open, with flood waters gradually receding.
